1. Discovery & Direction

We’ll start with a relaxed, in-depth conversation to explore your vision, business goals, and design preferences. Whether you already have a brief or are starting from scratch, I’ll ask the right questions to understand your needs and identify the best direction for your project. This stage helps lay the foundation for meaningful, effective design.

2. Concept Development

Based on what we uncover, I’ll begin exploring creative ideas and building initial concepts that reflect your goals and align with your brand. Each concept is thoughtfully crafted to express your message and connect with your audience.

3. Refinement & Feedback

You’ll have the chance to review the initial designs and share your thoughts. We’ll work together to refine the chosen direction, tweaking colours, layout, or messaging where needed, until we land on a final result that feels just right.

4. Final Delivery & Support

Once everything’s approved, I’ll prepare and deliver your final files in all the formats you need for print, digital, and web use. You’ll also receive a usage guide (or style guide for branding packages) to help you apply your new designs with confidence. Full usage rights are included, and I’m always here if you need future support or design updates.
