Getting Started

Getting Started

My design process is flexible and designed to fit branding projects and smaller tasks like logo designs or logo makeovers. No matter the size of the project, I follow the same steps to ensure you get high-quality results. This means we'll start by chatting about your needs, then move on to drawing up some ideas, refining them, and finally delivering your new design. This approach keeps things clear and consistent, no matter what we work on together.

Brief - Getting to know You

Our journey starts with a detailed discussion about your project. Whether you already have a brief or need guidance creating one, I'm here to help. We'll define your objectives and deliverables which is crucial for crafting an effective brand and design strategy.

Research

Following the briefing, we'll dive into the research phase, focusing on your competitors, target audience, and industry trends. This crucial step helps set the direction for your branding, packaging or graphic design project, incorporating mood boards and visuals to inspire and guide the design process.

Design Concepts

With a clear direction established, the creative phase begins. I'll develop three initial design concepts with colour variations and mockups, allowing you to visualise the potential outcomes and feel the brand's essence.

Development & Refinement

Next, we refine and perfect the chosen concept. This stage includes adjusting the designs to fit digital and print formats and creating mock-ups and printed proofs as needed.

Delivery

Once the final design is approved, I'll prepare and deliver the complete artwork in all necessary file formats for web, social media, and print use. You'll receive everything you need to launch and showcase your new brand.

This process ensures that each project is handled with care, creativity, and professionalism, from start to finish.
